Over the last two years, AI has automated a lot of what performance marketers used to do, and still do. But automation isn’t intelligence.
Most of what’s getting automated is the stuff performance marketers were never supposed to spend their time on anyway. The grunt work. The pulling, the formatting, the writing of basic copies. We were spending 80% of our time there. The real opportunity now is to redirect that energy into the things that actually move the business needle- strategy, judgement, creative direction, decisions.
The gap I see is that most performance marketers aren’t using AI seriously. They’re using it for quick answers, ad copies, basic emails, or surface-level Meta and Google Ads strategy. No context. No memory. No system. Just prompts in 40 tabs.
If you’re going to use a tool, and in this bootcamp, I’ve picked Claude, you need to understand what the tool is actually good at, and where it sits in your workflow. That way, AI does the grunt work, and you apply the creativity, the judgement, the plan of action. That’s the only setup that scales.
Here’s the layer of thinking I want you to carry into this session and into every conversation with AI afterwards:
AI, in its current form, is a hyper-caffeinated junior intern that can lie to your face with full confidence. In the hierarchy, you sit at the top. AI sits below you. The moment you interchange these positions, things break, you sound like everyone else, and you struggle to drive results.
That’s the clarity I want to give Meta and Google Ads marketers in this bootcamp, how to use Claude to do growth better, not just faster.
For growth, I’ve built a specific loop. I’m calling it The HQ Growth Flywheel. Seven stages, always on:
Research : understanding the market, audience, and your own account data
Audit : reading the account through the lens of what research revealed
Gaps : what’s broken, what’s missing, what’s leaking
Opportunities : ranked by impact, effort, and confidence
Execution : creative, copy, campaigns, landing pages
Evaluation : did it actually work, and why
Reporting : the story, told to stakeholders, that surfaces the next research questions
The flywheel doesn’t end. Reporting loops back into Research. Each rotation is sharper than the last because the system remembers.
What we’ll do in 90 minutes is map exactly where each Claude surface (Chat, Code, Cowork) and each layer (Connectors, Projects, Skills, Artifacts, Memory) sits inside that flywheel. So you walk out knowing – concretely – which tool to reach for at which stage, and how to make Claude remember everything you’ve already taught it.
A few things to be clear about before you sign up:
This is not a bootcamp that will magically change your world. You won’t learn to build agentic systems. You won’t learn any tool other than Claude. That’s not the idea.
The idea is simpler and harder: stop using AI for quick answers. Start using it as infrastructure. Build memory that compounds. Think sharper. Decide better.
