How is this different from the Claude Bootcamp you ran in May?

The Bootcamp was Claude as a thinking tool: audits, research, creative analysis, all inside the chat window. This is Claude as an agent that does the work on your files and in your connected tools without you. Different surface, different job. If you took the Bootcamp, this is the layer above it.

What if I already use Claude Code?

Then you already have the engine. Cowork is the same agent with a different door. You will still leave with four workflows you have probably not built.

Mac or Windows?

Both. The desktop app runs on macOS and Windows.
