Things people actually ask.

Will I get the recordings if I can’t attend live?
Yes. All eight sessions are recorded and available to you for life. That said, the live sessions are where the actual value lives — you can ask questions, pressure-test ideas against your account, and the conversations in the chat are part of the learning. Try to attend live wherever you can.
What if I’m a beginner? Will I keep up?
Probably not. This cohort assumes you’ve been running Meta or Google ads for at least two years. If you’ve never set up a campaign, debugged an account, or lived with attribution gaps, this will move too fast. Come back after you’ve shipped six months of real campaigns — or join HQ Club where you can start with our foundational workshops.
Why is this cheaper than your previous flagship programs?
This is the introductory price for the new cohort format — deliberately set below our flagship programs to reward the people building the AI-first operating model with us first. Future cohorts will be priced higher. If you’ve trained with HQ Digital before, you know we don’t run fake discounts.
Is HQ Club really the better deal?
For most people who plan to keep learning over the next year — yes. The Club includes this cohort fully free, every other HQ Digital product, the Vault of resources, the private community, and direct chat access with me for 12 months. If you’re going to attend two or more programs in the year, the Club is the cleaner economics.
What tools or software do I need to bring?
A Claude account (Pro or higher recommended). A Meta or Google Ads account you have edit access to — ideally one you’re actively running. GA4. A Google Workspace or Notion for the templates. Optional but useful: Higgsfield or another AI video tool, ElevenLabs, CapCut. We’ll cover the full stack in Session 6.
Is the optional 1:1 session really useful?
It depends what you bring to it. People who walk in with a specific account problem, a career decision they’re working through, or a real implementation question get a lot from 30 minutes. People who treat it as a casual chat don’t. Up to you. It’s bookable within 30 days of cohort end.
Can my company sponsor my seat?
Yes. We invoice through StellarShift Consulting Pvt Ltd, GST included. Reach out at apurv@thehqdigital.com and we’ll send a corporate invoice your finance team can process. We do this for clients of all sizes — no minimum.
What happens if I miss a session?
You watch the recording. Recordings go up within 24 hours. The cohort is structured so each session stands on its own — missing one doesn’t break the arc.
Is there a refund policy?
Once the cohort begins on July 7, the seat is non-refundable — your seat means another marketer couldn’t take it. If you cancel at least 7 days before kickoff, you get a full refund. Between 7 days and kickoff, you get credit toward a future HQ Digital program.
